Program Integrator - Senior (TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Required)
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a talented candidate for a Senior Program Integrator position. The successful candidate will support a specialized Customer program focused on workforce development and overall talent management. The Program Integrator is responsible for planning, budgeting, communications, workflow design, resource management, and general task oversight for a matrixed cross-functional team. The successful candidate must:

Position duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Translate broad customer intent into multi-year strategies, annual roadmaps, action plans, requirements and resource allocation decisions, and track program execution across milestones and in preparation for decision points.
- In coordination with the government, develop communication products such as mailers, announcements, bulletins, and articles.
- Develop and manage Customer’s intranet presence including publishing content and overseeing look, feel, and navigation and maintaining freshness of content.
- Design and orchestrate workflows, business rules, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Author and oversee development of program status reports, meeting notes, program communications, and other program documentation.
- Develop formal presentations and participate in executive-level meetings, discussions, and program briefings.
- Create, coordinate, disseminate, and manage actions to completion.
Required Qualifications:
· Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
· Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least ten years of work experience.
· Proven track record of delivering results in the Customer environment, emphasis on prior experience in program planning, management, execution, and serving as a senior advisor to Customer leaders.
· Understanding of Customer mission, environment, constraints, technical landscape, and strategic direction.
· Ability to work in a team environment, and independently identify and resolve challenges.
· Experience with technical writing styles for executive level communications.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and on a team.
· Experience using structured planning and problem-solving methodologies.
· Ability to work on-site in secure government and contractor facilities, and travel locally between those facilities.
· Strong experience with the MS Office suite to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Vision, Adobe Acrobat.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior project management experience at the division or higher level.
- Understanding of requirements management processes and models.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office products including Visio.
- Experience with online team collaboration tools such as Confluence and Hive.
- Experience with website maintenance to include updating graphics and managing articles.
- Familiarity with Joomla, WordPress, and other web publishing platforms.
- Working knowledge of Customer’s formal messaging and coordination system.
- Working knowledge of Tableau and other visualization tools.
