Web-Based Service Specialists (TS/SCI FSP required)

Qualifications are as follows:
- Minimum of 3 years related experience with HTM or appropriate combination of relevant experience and a 4-year Bachelor's degree related to the requirements/tasks of this SOW.
- Attention to detail, able to adapt to rapidly changing work environment and deadlines, and highly organized.
- Technical knowledge and experience in/of the following:
- HTML 5
- Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite Design or Premium (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop)
The candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Review and publish finished intelligence products.
- Review publications with Sponsor-specific Microsoft Word macros to ensure correct classification.
- Review publications against established branding and formatting standards.
- Run publication macros as needed to correct formatting and layout.
- Review document metadata submitted by producers and correct as necessary.Return publication files to production officers when errors require substantial format and/or text changes to correct.
- Convert documents which have successfully passed QC review into PDF files. Clean unnecessary metadata from the PDF files.
- Create and edit html format for web publishing.
- Review for errors prohibiting xml conversion and correct as necessary.
- Submit all required files to ingestion services for Sponsor and IC systems.
- Notify producers via email when publications have been disseminated.
- Perform publication recalls when products must be removed from Sponsor and IC systems. Resubmit revised versions of products when corrections to content enable further dissemination of the products.
- Review and archive records for products not disseminated to Sponsor and IC publication systems.
- Maintain an understanding of current requirements and draw on expertise to improve the customer experience:
- Maintain documentation of and provide recommendations to improve existing procedures.
- Attend meetings and Sponsor-specific training as required and as appropriate for the contractor's responsibilities.
- Support testing of new publishing and workflow management tools, new types of published products, and new publishing system functions.
- Develop, propose and implement new methods of displaying the web versions of our products when appropriate.
- Maintain records of dissemination tasks as required by the Electronic Dissemination Program.
