OVERVIEW:

Eleccion is seeking an expert Systems Integrator to join our team in supporting our client with operational and mission support. This technical project team requires assistance with systems engineering and integration, mission planning, and business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating client’s business requirements into process designs and act as an advocate for the client throughout the project process. Candidate may analyze client systems or processes to identify roadblocks or inefficiencies and suggest improved architecture and solutions. Candidate should be able to work with managers, technical staff, stakeholders, and mission partners to ensure on-time deployment or sunset of systems or programs, to include managing a variety of timelines and technical requirements and provide communication support across teams. Candidate may be responsible for developing long-range roadmaps and developing/providing executive periodic status reports, budget reports, and highlights. Candidate may also support requirements development and develop and maintain program management processes and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of experience or Master’s Degree with 10 years of experience.
• Previous experience writing technical requirements, design documentation, developing flow charts, etc.
• Exceptionally strong MS Office skills
• Ability to identify, acquire, and combine relevant business data to inform executives and stakeholders
• Experience designing, improving, and implementing business processes
• Wide-ranging experience in project management, strategic planning, organizational design, and/or facilitiation

Desired:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Tableau experience
• Experience with automating business practices

All candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
