Program Integrator, Full Performance

McLean, VA

OVERVIEW:

Eleccion is seeking a full performance Program Integrator, to provide strong support and assistance to track requirements and inventory for a client program, ensuring efficient and well-coordinated operations to meet mission strategies. The candidate will support senior mission customers in strategic and tactical endeavors to enhance technical solutions supporting key requirements. They must have a strong understanding of field culture and operations to facilitate communication and provide support to field technical officers to help them effectively support the mission. The candidate must be a self-starter who can effectively facilitate activities and coordinate with multiple client elements, including senior officials, and external partners.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing inventory and account details for mission center equipment
  • Providing and tracking technical documentation and requirements gathering
  • Drafting and tracking messages to ensure oversight and management of all equipment and applications
  • Keeping abreast of funding and project status; ensuring robust communication with the field
  • Coordinating activities across the team and providing updates on project status
  • Preparing briefing slides and other project documentation


QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (15) years or more of related experience. Masters and (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (10) years or more experience
  • Successful experience supporting a fast-paced client environment and senior leadership, along with experience supporting operational elements and multiple client offices. Previous work in a mission center is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport in a team environment and across organizational boundaries.
  • Collaboration skills to support relationships with stakeholders to elicit technical requirements and leverage partnerships.
  • Ability to successfully communicate requirements, project status updates, and deliverables between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accurately track spending, budgets, and provide account management/overview.
  • Collaborate on logistics and tracking of supplies and communicate with a variety of entities to meet quick-turnaround requirements.
  • Skilled with multiple computer databases and Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Strong experience with the Customer’s cable system to track, draft, and respond to cables.

Desired:

  • Previous TDY or PCS experience.
