Program Integrator, Full Performance

OVERVIEW:

Eleccion is seeking a program integrator to provide technical support and assistance with maintaining multiple technology-focused Communities of Interest (COI's) for our client. These efforts will advance high-priority technology goals for the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks may include tracking programmatic progress and deadlines, developing and maintaining internal and external knowledge management systems and websites, and providing organizational support and structure to large intra-agency efforts with multiple stakeholders, goals, and responsibilities. The candidate will assist with managing key engagements with commercial partners and ensure talking points and backgrounders are available. They will also help identify successes and progress to share with senior leaders. The successful candidate will help prepare for and participate in senior level discussions, with the goal of identifying clear opportunities, requirements, and programmatic management of these corporate relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
  • Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
  • Ability to recognize and properly protect highly sensitive and compartmented data.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful experience conducting data calls, analyzing results, and preparing finished briefings for senior staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence; the ability to interact with senior government and corporate leadership on a routine basis.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge management skills, including basic website design and maintenance.

Desired:

  • At least five years of experience supporting the client.
  • Experience supporting sensitive commercial relationships.
  • At least two years of education or experience in at least one technical area related to next-generation power or financial technologies.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain management process.
