Systems Integrator - Diversity & Inclusion

OVERVIEW:
Eleccion is seeking a Systems Integrator to assist our client in facilitating diversity management strategy and content as well as carrying out in-depth facilitation sessions on a variety of diversity and inclusion topics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- •Ability to facilitate diversity, equity, and inclusion conversations.
- •Ability to manage conflicts and employ immediate interventions; make design changes on the spot and tailor content to meet the needs of the target audience
- •Facilitate customized training content for the organization
- •Design and implement process interventions in response to complex organizational issues
- • Facilitate group discussions and respond to queries
- •Minimum of seven years of experience working on DEI learning strategies and programs
- •Willingness to TDY CONUS and OCONUS to deliver in-person DEIA Training and consultations.
- •Ability to consolidate ideas from a mass of information into coherent summaries
- •Ability to help a group set goals and objectives that are measurable
- •Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- •Ability to coordinate with diversity practitioners and supervisors and managers in the design of the facilitation intervention
- •Knowledge about terminology/well-versed in language connected to diversity, equity, and inclusion topics
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- •Experienced facilitator practitioner (7+ years) in facilitator’s area of expertise
- •Experience in adult teaching and facilitation
- •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Curriculum Development, Workforce Training and Development, Human Resources, Sociology, Organizational Psychology, or closely related field required
- •Demonstrated understanding of learning and development, training, or a related area, with the ability to develop and deliver creative and powerful learning solutions
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
- •Ability to use facilitative behaviors such as active listening, paraphrasing, questioning, summarizing, using tools like problem solving and action planning
- •Ability to design and conduct interviews and focus groups
- •Ability to design and implement process interventions in response to complex organizational issues
- •Excellent communication, editing, and writing skills
- •Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- •Ability to gather, compile, evaluate, and interpret complex information, as well as clearly present this information to stakeholders.
- •Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills (analysis, judgment, information seeking)
- •Ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
